  BRX PHAT™ axles have gone through several knuckle and kingpin design updates. Please verify your axle configuration before ordering replacement parts.
  • Older BRX PHAT axles use a shoulder screw to secure the knuckle. If your axle uses this design and you wish to upgrade to the newer kingpin system, you will need the Cast Knuckle with Kingpin & Brass Bushing Set for BRX PHAT™ Axle (#BRLC70240).
  • If your axle already uses a kingpin, check which brass bushings are installed:
    • Non-flanged brass bushings (#BRLC70225) - This is the earlier kingpin design and has been discontinued.
    • Flanged brass bushings - This is the current production design used on the latest BRX PHAT™ axles.

  Please ensure you order parts that match your existing axle configuration. The shoulder screw, non-flanged kingpin, and flanged kingpin systems are not interchangeable without the appropriate matching components.
